Inspired by Tram’s love of surfing, adventure and being outdoors, Tram Jam brings people together for a day filled with many of the things he loved. It’s a chance to move, connect and have fun while carrying his spirit forward and raising awareness about Alcohol Use Disorder & Alcohol Withdrawal Syndrome.

Celebrating a love of music that lives on.
Tram loved music, especially hearing it live and sharing it with the people around him. This sober music festival in Maine celebrates that same feeling. It’s a night to enjoy live music, connect with others and experience community in sobriety while supporting the mission of TENS Foundation.

Giving back was part of who Tram was. Our beach cleanups are a way to keep that spirit going by bringing people together to care for the places we love, serve our community, and remind each other how much good can come from simply choosing to pay it forward.
